Shipping and Returns


How does the shipping work?

All DrJsNatural orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and tracked electronically. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your USPS or UPS tracking number in an email.

How long does it take for orders to arrive?

Orders are processed between 1 - 3 business days prior to shipping. days. Depending on your location, we estimate domestic shipping to U.S. transit to be between 5-7 business days of once order is processed. International shipments to locations outside of the U.S. can take between 2-3 weeks. Please note that these are estimates and rare instances can occur where delivery could occur in more or less time.

Route Insurance

What is Route Shipping Insurance?

Dr. J's Natural is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Route Insurance covers your order 100% if it gets lost, stolen, or damaged. You can choose to add it to your order at checkout.

How do I file a claim for my lost, stolen, or damaged package?

Open your email from Route. In the email, copy your Route Order ID as you will need it to file the claim. Click here to file a claim:

How does Route reimburse me?

Route will process your refund or reorder.

Returns and Refunds
Dr. J's Natural is committed to serving our customers in a safe and responsible manner.
Returns are accepted within 90 days of your order date for orders placed on and shipping within the contiguous United States. After we receive your returned items, we will process your refund onto your original form of payment. Original shipping and handling fees and "Duties & Taxes Reimbursements" will not be refunded. Please allow 5-10 business days from receipt of your returned item(s) for your refund to post. Please note that all sales to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska and APO/FPO addresses are final. For more information on returns, please review the policies below.

Returned items will be inspected and must be returned in unopened and original condition.

Items marked as Final Sale and specific items (e.g. free gifts with purchase, buy one get one free items) cannot be returned.

Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, unless required by law.

Products shipped to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO addresses are not eligible for returns.

We only accept returns for eligible products purchased on We have great relationships with our retailer partners and if you would like to return a product purchased from one of our retailers, please contact them directly for assistance and information regarding their return policy.

Original shipping and handling fees and international surcharges are not eligible for refund.
