Where do you ship?

We currently ship all our Skincare, CBD Tinctures and Edibles, Supplements to addresses throughout the US and Internationally where laws permit

For International customers, if your country isn’t listed, please check back with us soon as we are adding new local distributors frequently.

What is your return policy?

Our products are formulated to renew your body. Customers receive a full refund when they send back unopened products within 30 days of receiving them. If products have been opened, customers will receive store credit when they send back the opened products within 30 days of receiving them. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs unless we have sent you the wrong product, and that we do not issue refunds or store credit past 30 days. During Covid-19 return and refund policy maybe updated, please refer to Return and refunds policy page in the footer.

Are Dr.J's Natural products tested on animals?

Our products are never tested on animals. We respect our earth we live on and would never do anything to harm it.
